Privacy policy
MyAutomationVacation is an event by Vital Consulting, LLC ("Vital Consulting," "we," "us"). Last updated October 18, 2026.
This policy covers myautomationvacation.com, registration, and the attendee portal. The short version: we collect what we need to run the event and build your systems, we don't sell your information, and you can ask us to delete it.
What we collect
- When you register: your name, email, phone number, business name, and which CRM you use.
- When you pay: your card details go straight to Keap's secure payment processor. They never touch our website, and we never see or store your full card number. We keep a record of your order and pass type.
- In the attendee portal: your Business Profile answers, and anything you upload, like your logo, headshots, and photos of your products, work, or team. We also note which optional services you click "I'm interested" on.
- At the event: anything you choose to share with us while we build together, and photos or video as described in our terms.
Please don't put sensitive personal information about your own customers (such as patient health information or case details) in your Business Profile or uploads. Describe your customers in general terms instead.
How we use it
- To process your registration and payment, and send you your ticket and portal access.
- To prepare for the event and personalize your prompts, pages, emails, and images to your business.
- To contact you by email or text about your registration, the event, and the portal.
- To follow up about optional services you asked about.
- To improve future events.
Where it's kept and who we share it with
We don't sell or rent your information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the event, and only as needed:
- Keap, our CRM, which stores your contact details, order, and a copy of your Business Profile and logo, and processes payments.
- Netlify, which hosts this website and stores your portal profile and uploads.
- MyVitalAssistant, a Vital Consulting service, when we set up your included account.
- Metricool, only if you sign up for our social media service.
- The venue, only what's needed for attendance, like your name for check-in.
AI tools you connect at the event (such as Claude or ChatGPT) are your own accounts under those providers' policies. What you send them is between you and that provider. We may also share information if the law requires it.
Cookies and similar technology
- When you log in to the portal, we set one secure cookie to keep you logged in for up to 30 days.
- Your browser also saves unsaved Business Profile answers and checklist progress on your device, so you don't lose your work.
- Our pages use Google Fonts and an embedded Google Map, which may receive your IP address and set cookies under Google's privacy policy.
- We don't use advertising trackers on this site.
How long we keep it
We keep your registration and order records as long as we need them for business and tax purposes. We keep your Business Profile, logo, headshots, and photos for up to 12 months after your event so we can support you afterward, then delete them, unless you're an ongoing client or ask us to keep them longer. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
Your choices
- You can see and update your Business Profile anytime in the portal, and remove uploaded photos yourself.
- You can ask us for a copy of your information, to correct it, or to delete it.
- You can stop texts by replying STOP, and unsubscribe from emails with the link in any email.
To make a request, book a time with JR. We'll confirm it's you before we act on it.
Security
Portal logins are protected with signed, secure cookies, uploads are private to your account, payments are handled by Keap's secure processor, and only Vital Consulting can see attendee information. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will tell you if something affects it.
Children
MyAutomationVacation is for business owners and their teams. It isn't directed at anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we'll tell attendees about meaningful changes.
